The past 7 days have been terrific. Low to mid 70's,then 80,82,87...today it may hit 92.
Tomorrow a cold front comes thru with thunderstorms & knocks it back to 59 & then back up in the 70's.

yesterday afternoon it was 80 here by 5pm that day it was in the 50's now in the 40's and rain i preferr there 80's!!

You would of luved it my kids were up for Easter and all had to have a rod reel to beat the 45 degree water to a froth., After watching the one struggle with the level wind, I walked dwon and showed him how to hold it where to put his elbow and said here watch, I flipped a white spinner bait out gave it two cranks and hit a 14 1/2 large mouth. Reeled it in and took it off threw it back with out a word walked up and sit back in the chair. Oh baby youwanted to hear a lot of whinning and crying. I loved every second of it.

your right i would have loved it... just to see their faces when you throwed it back would have been priceless.. My G-kids are just getting into camping with my daughter / son-in-law and they love fishing in the small ponds at the campground and yell with each small brim they reel in...

We had a January-February Storm hit our area yesterday. A center of Low pressure dropped from the Gulf of Alaska combined with Jet Stream winds of about 175 mph at 30,000 to 35,000 ft. Winds gusted to more than 130 mph along the Sierra Crest and more that 95 mph in some parts of Reno. 90+ wind gusts in my area. It uprooted some trees, tipped over 18 wheelers in Washoe Valley, downed some power lines, took some roofs and billboards and cancelled and diverted some flights. Cold air behind the front dropped the temperature from a high of 75º on Sunday to a high of 49º today. Snow in the mountains with a sprinkling here in the Valley turning to rain showers during the day. Mother Nature doesn't give a rat’s ass what season the Calendar shows..

TP My wife lost her 4 tomato plants 2 nites ago. We had 28 and 30 the last two nites.

Some friends of ours were just talking about being too late to have tomato plants in the ground last week, looks like we maybe safe after all

We had 80 yesterday. Woke up this morning to 4" of fresh snow.

keep the snow down there we had 82 yesterday and rain today high in the 60's just about ready to put the garden in!!

It was all gone by noon.

This is May ... feels like October ... 40's for the weekend ... this sucks ...
