Gaza

******** The usual suspects on various Web sites have been beyond themselves in denouncing Israel for the interception of the Turkish led Relief convoy at sea that was headed into what is in effect an active War Zone. The bits and pieces of video and assorted photos are makeing the Web rounds as fast as almost anything of late.

********* One American teen (?) was among the dead on one ship as those there attacked the boarding Israeli's. His presence there was not accidental , but in keeping with long held policies to maximize any bad situation by a legion of those in effect wanting the Jewish State destroyed.

****** Two points - A) Gaza does receive a large variety of outside Aid - most thru the Israeli port of Ashdod AFTER it is checked for Contraband weaponry. Also Barack Obama just approved another nice chunk of US Aid into Gaza and the amount arriving from other sources is substantial - but will not have any genuine effect in an atmosphere where the Main Industry & focus is to destroy the State of Israel B) In 2003 Three Americans in a State Dept. Convoy into Gaza were killed deliberately by a roadside bomb . They were part of a Fullbright Scholarship panel under escort and their Killers have never been brought to justice. Obviously it was Hamas related - this before these murdering Scum actually took full control of Gaza.

****** The reason the inhabitants of Gaza remain in a pitiful state is because Hamas - like the previous Fatah bunch prefer them that way - therefore Aid coming in not being fully checked is a Rx for further attacks on Israel.

Gaza is important to the Islamics seeking to destroy Israel because of its strategic location. It provides them with a location from which to launch attacks causing the Israeli military to have to use a large amount of its resources there, which reduces the amount of resources available to them to defend their other borders. If it was not for this, they would not be receiving any aid at all. They have no natural resources, no industry, and not even any agriculture. If not for aid they would cease to exist.

***** Gaza was until mid 1967 under full Egyptian Administration under some meager UN oversight. Most forget that today and there was even less infrastructure than existed say 3 years ago.
