I am pulling my hair out trying to sell our house. It's been six-months listed. Already found a new home, but owners I believe are getting frustrated because it is taking so long to sell my place. I hope to settle this before winter.

My daughter and husband live in Phoenix. He has been out of work for 6+ months. He repairs/rebuilds computers and the jobs are scarce. My daughter has been working as a nanny for months just to make ends meet. They just bought a house and are hanging on by a thread.
