****** One of the 53(then 52) American hostages held in Tehran from late 1979 thru Inauguration Day 1981. Long time diplomat who then resided in the Terrasanta section of San Diego. He was 81 when he passed away 2 days ago in No.Carolina from respiratory failure. His wife in 1980 was one of the more outspoken of Hostage families individuals.

***** To may knowledge this makers at least 6 of the 53 who have passed away since that awful experiance.
