******* The SCOTUS has a new associate Justice confirmed today by the US Senate. Ms.Kagan was obviously going to be confirmed in this Polarized climate with a 59/41 Democrat Majority. It was a lost battle for the GOP and possibly there might be a Silver Lining of sorts in this move Idea

****** Unlike Stephen Breyer & ruth Ginsburg & even David Souter & John Paul Stevens - Kagan rather stands out as a rather distinct NY stereotype Liberal. IF she is 100% on board for all Progresive causes and a simple Rubber Stamp - a Firebrand FemiNazi type as some faer - well even this lifetime job at age 50 might not be safe.

***** Just a thought - because some eventual accountability into the Federal Judiciary is coming and a Good place to start is at the top and while it's a long shot - the GOP probably will be a Senate Majority in 10 years or less and those who obviously and contemptously disregards the People's Will - just might get a quick unparalleled but Legal exit Idea
