Arizona SB 1070 ruling

No surprise here. This district judge will do what is necessary to protect the Federal government and pass the buck to protect her rear end. This issue is far from being squelched. This ruling will only serve to increase disapproval of our federal government and our representatives. The socialists will not win. Illegal immigration, a blatant lack of fiscal responsibility, over taxation, nationalization of the financial and heavy industrial industries, corruption, repression of the Christian/Judeo faiths, a total disregard for the Constitution and that which limits the powers of government, a deliberate war on free enterprise and capitalism and more than I have time to write about - these all are more divisive issues than that which led to our civil war 150 years ago. So then what are the odds that we again will have a revolution to make things right. I swear before God that I am part of that revolution and will be for as long as it takes even until my last breath. My tolerance for others with differing opinions has worn through to where I now know that I'm being used. Yes, I'm pissed!!!

****** Obama WANTS this pot boiling up until the 2012 Vote. He feels the "Emotional" tide is in his direction. He may be correct.

The judge, a Clinton appointee, made a decision based on her political leanings, not on the law. No one should be surprised by this. That's what leftists do. You can expect the same approach from our recent Supreme Court appointee and the one now being confirmed. We have got to take back control of our country from these progressive socialists, or we are doomed.

****** Taking control will not be easy in this polarized climate where the other side is always reenforced by totally noncerebrasl types newly Voting . California is like 23 % Foreign born - that's legal Immigrants BTW - throw in a few illegals who DO Vote and this is the trend just about everywhere.

********* In short they are importing Voters. Unless we go Cold Turkey on all Immigration for a good 5 years we are doomed.

******* As far as the Courts go - this is how the "will of the people" is overwhelmed. Loook at Prop 187 in California. 60/40 approved but the Courts nullify it.

***** Also McCain once reelected will ease back from his support of this Arizona effort to do at least something.
